All hypnosis sessions are done virtually. Remote sessions are safe, and effective. Truth is, all of the work happens with eyes closed and using a light to medium hypnotic state which is not much different than getting absorbed in a good book, movie, favorite activity or sport. For your security all zoom sessions are encrypted and required password to access. You will receive a link, instructions, and the meeting password after booking.

WHAT YOU NEED:

A device with stable cellular connection or stable access to the internet. This can be on your phone, tablet or on your computer.

Headphones are required

A place where you could lay or sit down comfortably without any distraction for up to 2 hours . You want to be in a place where you can privately express your emotions.

Please note:

• You must be over 18 years old and with clear mental faculties. Hypnosis will not work if you are heavily medicated.
• The person requesting the session must be the one wanting the appointment for themselves. I do not accept appointments made for others on your behalf.
• No substitutions. If you cannot make it to your appointment, it will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellations:

Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 3 days before your session.  A $20 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.  

If the session is cancelled within 3 days of your session or you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be returned.  Please be aware that your appointment will be cancelled if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment.
