Remaining balance must be paid prior to appointment then zoom invite be emailed. 

Cancellations:

I have a 24 - hour cancellation policy; clients will not be refunded if they do not call to cancel or reschedule in accordance with this 24 - hour notice.   A $25 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.  Hours paid in advance in the form of package deals are good for 6 months from their time of purchase. After 6 months of absence from hypnotherapy, these hours are forfeited. Packages are non-refundable. 

If you are 10 minutes late for your session your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not be refunded. 

If you do not show up for your session, the deposit or payment rendered will not be refunded.
